Full Moon Meditation and Breathwork

Join us on or around every full moon for events that bring us together, that educate us about the astrological implications of the celestial season, and that ground and energize us.

Ayla the Rose will get the group started with a talk and astrological overview. Then she will lead us in a guided meditation that helps to bring better awareness to our spirits.

Then the group breaks out into an activity together, such as building a manifestation kit, or making healing bath salts for men or women from supplies provided. Check out our facebook page for details on today’s event here Facebook Page

We wrap the event up with some seated breath work led by Beth Hamze, to unify the good feelings of friendship and awareness, and bringing it back to the body.
