Standard Process 21-Day Purification, 2rd meeting

Come join us for our fall Standard Process 21-Day Purification cleanse club. We will meet for an hour once per week as you use the guided program to reset your metabolism, purify your liver and other organs of elimination. This is a continuation of our 4 part series.

In this third class we will be checking in with each other as a group, and learning about inflammation. By this time, most participants will be noticing the positive benefits of decreased inflammation such as more clarity in the mind and emotions, less bloating and more energy. We will learn from Dr. Sylvia about ways to check a week long diet journal (your own even of someone you care for) for probable caused of YOUR dietary inflammation. We will also talk about potential ways to explore food allergies through lab work.

We will also learn a couple of valuable lymphatic exercises that help to move stagnation and improve circulation.

Each week, we will meet together to gain momentum towards better health, to support each other in our goals, to learn great stuff about inflammation in regard to diet, to practice making delicious shakes, and even to learn lymphatic exercises together. Dr. Sylvia Skefich, D.C. co-leads the meetings.

The cost of the program is $350 and includes the cost of all Standard Process products needed for your 21-day purification. The retail value of the products alone is $279 inclusive of sales tax. Your $25 intro meeting fee will go as credit to your total fee once you sign up.

We will have a limited number of kits available on hand at the meeting and other kits will be ordered for delivery within days upon sign ups. There are gluten-free, dairy free, and vegan options of product.
