Join us for our quarterly Standard Process 21-Day purification program. Our program is led by Theresa Kepple, certified nutritionist, and co-led by Sylvia Skefich, D.C. This evening is our second class of a four class series. Today, we will be meeting in the kitchen room to create and learn about making the food smoothies.
We meet for 4 consecutive weeks for one hour each meeting. The first night is the introduction, and people may attend for $25 with no commitment to continue. For those who wish to continue with the program, the $25 will be applied to the cost of the program.
The total cost is $350 inclusive of products and meetings. Even with the price, people agree that they save money overall that month, due to the reduced expenses in their grocery bill: Vegetables are not that expensive compared to wine, meat, cheese, and certain prepared foods, just for example.
What do you get? You get the products in the 21-Day Purification Program (click on the colored link above for more on that) plus a total of 4 hours of group meetings with our nutritionist, over a 4 week period. You also get Theresa’s daily email that offers recipes, tips, encouragement, and you get limited access to Theresa via email for personal cleanse questions (up to 30 minutes per attendee).
The retail cost of the actual products in the program is right around $250, and those products include:
2 large tubs of SP Complete (a protein and cleanse support powder blend). There is a dairy free version, and all versions are gluten free.
2 large bottles of Whole Food Fiber (a spectrum fiber product with soluble and non-soluble fiber types). Fiber is the core of creating a good bacteria colony in the gut, and also mops out the bad stuff. Fiber is crucial for a good chemical balance in the gut.
1 bottle of SP Cleanse (a deep liver/kidney/lymph cleanse herbal support capsule that is taken for the first 10 days). (Also, BTW, no meat is eaten in the first 10 days of the cleanse.)
1 bottle SP Green Food (a green powder capsule that helps with liver detoxification processes, taken after the SP Cleanse is all done).
Why the meetings? The meetings are a very important part of the cleanse….They help to give a momentum that only a group can provide; They add an accountability that helps people to continue what may seem hard to do in the beginning; The meetings are also a place to “work out the kinks” when people have “detox symptoms” (which we seek to avoid). Theresa has many tips and recommendations that can help personalize the program to your needs.
The meetings are a place to learn how to do the program in a way that optimizes it. We don’t just throw some powders in a blender and “go,”…In our second meeting we actually meet up in the kitchen to make some great food shakes using the powders, cooked and raw vegetables, quality fats, ripe fruits, seeds and more. It’s eye opening.
This is not a “diet” in the sense that there is no calorie restriction. It is about creating a “re-set” to the natural ways of metabolism using natural yet powerful food triggers to aid detoxification on a cellular, lymphatic, kidney, liver, skin, and intestinal level. We eliminate many of the common inflammatory foods and common allergens during the 21 days.
